In using this website and/or placing an order with Rugby Magnets, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Rugby Magnets terms and conditions. “Ourselves”, “Our”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Rugby Magnets. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the our stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Payment Terms
All orders are on a prepayment basis. Although we reserves the right to change prices of products or special offers at any time, all pricing is guaranteed at time of payment. No order is dispatched until cleared payment has been received.
Payment Options
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep running costs down we offer a number of payment options.
- Credit/Debit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Solo via the secure payment processors Stripe.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay via the secure payment processors Stripe
Cancellation and Refunds
Our magnets are made to order, so you can cancel any order prior to their production and dispatch and receive a full refund.
Once dispatched, refunds are only available if goods are returned in orginal new condition, in their unopened package. Only cost of the original magnets will be refunded, not the postage costs for sending order out to you. Return postage will also be at the clients expense. If requesting a refund, you are doing so on the strict agreement to these terms.
Copyright Claims
All our magnets are unofficial and not licensed. Therefore, to the best of our knowledge and belief, we do not use official brands, logos or trademarked images. Images or graphics that are similar to or an impression of official logos may be used. Such images/designs are in no way affiliated to any official brands they may be based on and merely used to make a generalisation.
If you are an IP owner and feel registered trademark or copyrighted material has been used, please contact us and we will investigate and remove the item, without prejudice
Disclaimer re loss / damage in transit
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to products whilst in transit. We obtain Certificate of Postage for all orders dispatched, so you will be protected against loss of order – up to the compensation level assigned by Royal Mail (£20 as standard). If your order is to a value greater than £20, you are recommended to use the higher insurance of Signed for / Special Delivery Services. In such cases where order is to a greater value than £20 and you decline the higher compensation level service, then in the unlikely event of an order going missing, we can only compensate up to the level provided by the Certificate of Postage.
In the highly unlikely event that (given protective packaging used) goods are damaged during transit, then you will need to make a claim with your local delivery office.
Acceptance
All orders placed with Rugby Magnets are subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed above – your full agreement to all our published terms is made as soon as you complete/pay for an order.
We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time.
