I started off making a few football themed magnets for my office noticeboard and started receiving daily comments from visitors, when they saw the football themed magnets holding up paperwork on our noticeboard. Colleagues and visitors then started asking where they could get them from and I explained I made them myself. People then started asking if I could make one for this club, that club and before we knew it we were producing images for all kinds of clubs, English, Scottish, European and Internationals.

I then realised there was a market for nostalgic football magnets, people wanted them as gifts for friends, secret santas, stocking fillers or just a little thank you for the football fan in their life, so I started up the sister site footballmagnets.co.uk, which now has over 5,000 different football themed magnets.

After a while, I started getting requests through my football website for Rugby themed ones – I created a few for the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final programmes and Rugby Union World Cup Final programmes. They proved very popular and so decided that they needed their own dedicated website, as opposed to an add on to Football Magnet – hence RUGBY MAGNETS was born!

I already have created a varied selection for both Rugby League and Rugby Union, with Challenge Cup Finals, Pilkington Cup Finals, 6 Nations, World Cup, International Matches, League Club Magnets, Union Club Magnets – but I will be growing the selection with more custom designs – However, I also offer a BESPOKE MAGNET option, whereby you can provide your own rugby themed photos, images or graphics and I will create your perfect rugby magnet.
